Wildbird Jewelry is a U.S.web based company that sells quality nature related jewelry. We have tried to compiled the best selection of quality merchandise that we could find. We believe the jewelry we represent is some of the finest nature related jewelry available. Wildbird Jewelry is a division of the birding site Backyard Bird Watcher.
We strive to achieve excellent customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes an item is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item or a refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee. If you received an item as a gift, you may return it within 30 days of gift receipt. All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to return an item, please email us at email@example.com Please provide us your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will then issue you an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label. Please insure and track any returned packages. Credits will be made upon receiving and examining returned items. All returned items (new) must be in their original, undamaged packaging.A $10.00 restocking fee minimum or a 20% restocking fee maximum will be applied. The restocking fee will be waived if the returned merchandise is exchanged for other items on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made by credit to the original credit card or in the case of a gift, as a store credit. No refunds will be made by cash or check. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.
If you have received an item that has been damaged or are missing items from your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. You will need to provide us a description of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging. For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items such as books are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered. The missing item tracking procedure typically takes 7-14 business days to complete and consists of an inventory level verification, package weight verification, and carrier investigation. You may or may not be contacted by the package carrier (ie. UPS, FedEx) during this time.
At this time we ship within the United States(48 states). For Alaska, and Hawaii,we are happy to ship via U.S. Postal Service when available on specific products. All products are priced in U.S. currency

NOTE:IF YOU PICK UPS GROUND 3 DAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING CHOICE, THERE STILL MAY BE TIME OUT OF THE WAREHOUSE AS WELL, SO YOUR ORDER MAY NOT ARRIVE IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS BUT IT SHOULD ARRIVE QUICKER THAN REGULAR GROUND IN MOST CASES.
NOTE: UK AND CANADA WE NOW SHIP TO THE UK and CANADA where available. We have a turnaround time of one week so please allow a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive in the UK and CANADA. Please make sure your email and telephone number are current. We take VISA and MASTERCARD only. Shipping to UK and Canada will be listed on our web site at checkout. Shipping is currently a flat rate of $12.95. Any customs taxes etc. are the customers responsibility if charged. Orders to UK and Canada will most likely be by Global Priority Mail.
U.S.shipping costs are based on the value of your total order BEFORE shipping plus any surcharges for expedited shipments, heavy, oversized, or out-of-stock items.
We reserve the right to not ship certain item as an expedited shipment and you will be notified in advance if expedited shipment is unavailable on your order. On occasion an expedited shipment can be delayed leaving the warehouse, as much as we try, an expedited shipment may take longer than the expressed time by UPS. In most cases they will arrive in the time specified. We cannot guarantee for the carrier.
Please Note: We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Wildbird Jewelry also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
OUR POLICY PLEASE READ: While all effort is made to post correct descriptions of merchandise as well as updated photos and prices, occasionally design changes are made by the manufacturers to improve products and on rare occasions, pictures and descriptions of items, and prices may be in error. This may be due to the manufacturer not sending us their current pictures and pricing for updating. While making every effort to provide up to date information we will not be held responsible for these errors.
NOTE: Some items may be unavailable due to a backorder or discontinued and in that case any payments that have already been paid will be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your email and phone number are current when order so that we can send email confirmations if necessary. If your email is not current, you will not receive your confirmations.
Order Cancellations: Please note that once an order has been placed on our web site, the order is processed and it may not be possible to cancel the order. While every effort will be made by us to cancel your order if requested to, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. Also it is our policy to charge a 3% cancellation fee on the total for processing the order and refunding the transaction if we incur costs associated with the canceling of your order because you have decided to cancel. Cancellations can be costly due to credit card provider fees and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
NOTE:Additional shipping charges may be required for large items. (in the case of jewelry, it is not likely.)
Please allow 10 business days for in stock items even though they may arrive sooner depending on what state you are in. Most in stock orders will leave the warehouse in 48 hours. Most items ship from the west coast.
